Our sales policies established for our business partners like you are made simple.
DOA:
We guarantee Live arrival and sellable products. If your animals/plants arrive dead or unsellable, we will credit or replace them. Just report the problem within 24 hours of delivery time with supporting photos.

REFUND/RETURNS:
We have a no cash refund policy. We will credit your account in a form of "Discount Codes" to each credit. You will receive a coupon code which contains your credits that can be used on our website, ordering over the phone, or by using our order form. There are no expiry of these credits. However, user forfeit unused credits when accounts are closed. We do not accept returns on any living things for bio-security purposes. All dry goods are accepted with any reason, provided if they are returned in the original condition as delivered to you. You must first reach out, get the return approved with a RMA number. All returns without RMA number is void when delivered. We are not responsible for lost returns without RMA number.
All freight fees including shipping box fees are not refundable. We may cover freight charges on a basis based on some situations at our choice.
PURCHASE MINIMUMS:
- LIVE FISH The Minimums are one full box. There are NO Quantity MINIMUMS for Drop Shipping
- Live Aquaponic Starter Plants; two (2) of one variety for each quantity for DROP SHIPPING
- Other Live Plants; Quantity of six (6) of each variety. Mix Match okay when our inventory is short. (This rule does not apply for Drop Shipping)
